Objective: The client wanted to improve the design and functionality of their franchise network website to improve the visual appeal and provide access to more content and information.
Solution: Tell Your Tale Marketing recently worked with the team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Taliesyn Realty to customize its website and represent its local market. The featured properties carousel on the home page is an MLS feed that cycles through only Taliesyn Realty properties. This is a great way to highlight specific properties. To showcase Taliesyn Realty’s local knowledge & reach, the Communities section highlights 10 local communities in Memphis and North Mississippi. The labels link to a community-specific landing page, helping home buyers quickly find homes in their favorite areas. Going further into a community-specific page describes the local area and shares local resources such as city government, schools, parks and things to do. The Featured Properties carousel displays only Taliesyn Realty properties from MLS that are specific to this community. The Careers page features branded videos provided by the Corporate office and BHHS Taliesyn Realty. Further down the web page, available positions are displayed in collapsible content boxes (accordions).
